DAMAGED PRODUCT

At Five Star Computer, every product undergoes a meticulous inspection before leaving our warehouse. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances during delivery may lead to damaged items. If you receive a product from Five Star Computer that appears to be damaged upon delivery, we kindly request you to contact our customer service team immediately. Please provide us with a photograph of the affected product. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process, and upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, we will promptly arrange an exchange to ensure your satisfaction.

PRODUCT RETURN

Your satisfaction is our priority at Five Star Computer, and we acknowledge that there could be instances when you may change your mind after receiving a product. We gladly accept returns within 7 days from the date of receipt. To initiate a return, kindly reach out to Five Star Computer through our Facebook page within 7 days from the delivery date (as indicated by the tracking details). For the product to be eligible for a refund, it must remain unopened and in its original condition. We would like to inform you that customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. Our team will carefully inspect the returned product before proceeding with the refund process. Please be aware that any refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT RETURN

At Five Star Computer, we take pride in offering customized products tailored exclusively for you. As these products are uniquely crafted to your specifications, they are not eligible for a 100% refund. In case you wish to return a customized item, a 50% fee will be charged for processing the refund.

SHIPPING AND CUSTOM DUTY

Please note that shipping fees and paid custom duty charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

FORM OF REFUND

We value your trust in Five Star Computer, and our aim is to ensure a seamless refund experience. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment you used during the purchase. The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your chosen payment method and the bank involved, and it may take up to 4 weeks to be fully processed.
